- all students enrolled with First Aid Alive

- Unique Student Identifier (USI)

- issue Statements of Attainment or qualifications
- maintain student records

- meet regulatory and reporting obligations
- provide student support services

First Aid Alive will only disclose personal information where:

- necessary for regulatory reporting obligations

Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Student records and assessment evidence will be retained in accordance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and First Aid Alive’s Record Management Policy.
Complaints
Any concerns regarding privacy or confidentiality may be raised through First Aid Alive’s Complaints Policy and Procedure.
